First brew impressions: This is a nice, white tea. I brewed western style and it didn’t wow me. Definitely would like to try again and see how it holds up to re steeping. It was very light. Definitely got the hay notes others have mentioned, but the honey didn’t really come through for me.

Flavors: Hay

Perfectly lovely little teapot. Simple design. Basket is big enough that the tea can move around a bit, which makes for a better tasting cup. Easy to clean. Overall good quality.

The smell of this tea is heavenly – zesty and sweet and the almonds really come through. I was a little worried that it would taste artificial or overpowering, and that was not the case at all. It’s a bright, white tea with zesty notes from the orange and a hint of spice from the peppercorns. The almonds give it a smooth finish and the flavor get’s strong as it cools.

Flavors: Almond, Citrus

180 °F / 82 °C 1 min, 30 sec 2 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I have the large, 36oz steeper and use it regularly. It especially comes in handy when I want to brew a big pitcher of iced tea.

I’ve had the same steeper for a few years now and it’s held up well. Though, you can definitely tell that it’s well loved as the basket is completely tea stained.

While this tisane is perfectly pleasant, it’s definitely something I need to be in the mood for, and one of the few infusions I think is better with a bit of milk added. I appreciate that the nutty flavor outshines the cinnamon, so you don’t feel like you are drinking a mouthful of big red. I’m also definitely a sucker for the fact that it brews up pink and I make a point to steep in my clear class mug because it’s just such a lovely color.

Flavors: Cinnamon, Sweet, Walnut

Preparation
200 °F / 93 °C 5 min, 0 sec 4 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I love this tea. Not only is it gorgeous to look at, but it’s delicate and fresh – like spring time in a cup. I’ll drink hot or cold and both are good. The cherry flavor is subtle and there are lovely, vegetal notes.

Preparation
180 °F / 82 °C 2 min, 15 sec 2 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I’m not a big fan of the added candy bits, just because I don’t really have a preference for adding an sweetener to my tea. So, on it’s own, this tea is a bit meh for me. I actually like that the pumpkin flavor isn’t very strong, but I do wish the spice was a bit more. However, I tried adding a small pinch of lapsang souchong (which is a very smokey tea) and now it’s a go-to combo for a fall pick me up.

Flavors: Spicy, Sweet

One of my favorite teas, for sure. Buttery and comforting, it gets better with multiple steeps. I usually steep this one up to 4 or 5 times.
