Oh wow, pear! Dunno why I’m surprised, its right in the description haha.
I wonder if time has mellowed out the floral part. I’m not one to love an intensely floral tea (unless it’s certain types of rose) and I usually side with other reviews on that front.
But honestly, it isn’t bad at all. Hot, it’s got a pear perfume sort of air about it, but a pleasant one, not overbearing or noxious. As it cools, I get more of a true pear aroma/flavour and I’m quite enjoying it! made in my travel mug, which is always a wild card so who knows how this would fare in a regular drinking mug.
Actually, have you ever had pear juice? I can’t recall what brand but I used to buy it every once in awhile and this tastes just like that! with a hint of floral on the side. A teaspoon of sugar really brings that out. Me likey.
