What? I haven’t written a note for this one yet?

Well, what to drink in a chilly, rainy, autumn afternoon? A ginger to warm up and rosehips for ascorbic acid, aka Vitamin C. Rooibos base is fine; I don’t need a wake-up.

This is pleasant, considering it is not a newest tea in my stash (I bought it in December 2022). Ginger is enough to cover you in warm feeling, but not spicy or fiery as some. And rosehips are just fine, a little of fruitiness and tartness as ashmanra mentions.
And I believe I noticed a little of cinnamon, a sweet kind of it.

Definitely a great warming up tea. I am not gonna rate it as it is a little older than I would like to admit,.

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 8 min or more 10 OZ / 300 ML

Chilly and rainy here, too! I am looking forward to chicken soup that my neighbor made and passed over the fence to us for our supper!

I am drinking almost everything. Tea bag collector who moved to wonderful world of loose leaf.

Black teas are preferred, but I am drinking almost anything.

Trying to rate differently tea bags and loose leaf as tea bags have usually worse quality.

Photographer now and then. Postcrossing and geocaching member. Very curious person. Working in logistics.

Is in my cupboard (trying to be updated) which sparkled your interest? Write me, I would gladly share with you.
