From Fares 1929

Energy in a cup of tea. Tea is a combination of two different flavors. The spicy note of ginger blends harmoniously with the sweet-sour taste of rose hips.

Benefits:
The right mix for more energy throughout the day. 100% natural infusion. It does not contain flavors, synthetic dyes or additives.
The tea was created according to an original Romanian recipe.

Composition: hibiscus flowers, rooibos leaves, cinnamon, rose hips 10%, natural aroma, cloves, ginger rhizomes 1%, mandarin essential oil.

Method of use: pour 200 ml of boiling water over a bag and leave for 10 minutes.

What? I haven’t written a note for this one yet?

Well, what to drink in a chilly, rainy, autumn afternoon? A ginger to warm up and rosehips for ascorbic acid, aka Vitamin C. Rooibos base is fine; I don’t need a wake-up.

This is pleasant, considering it is not a newest tea in my stash (I bought it in December 2022). Ginger is enough to cover you in warm feeling, but not spicy or fiery as some. And rosehips are just fine, a little of fruitiness and tartness as ashmanra mentions.
And I believe I noticed a little of cinnamon, a sweet kind of it.

Definitely a great warming up tea. I am not gonna rate it as it is a little older than I would like to admit,.

Chilly and rainy here, too! I am looking forward to chicken soup that my neighbor made and passed over the fence to us for our supper!

Another evening tea from Martin! Thank you!

I usually prefer rosehips to hibiscus and I like ginger as long as it isn’t too hot. This tea hit the spot really well. It is tart enough to be interesting without being insufferable and making me throw in sugar and stick it in the fridge, and the ginger warmth JUST warms and doesn’t burn. I am hoping the ginger keeps us from having any issues tonight from the pizza we ate!

Thank you, Martin! I think this makes sample sipdown number 5 for the year so my sample box is looking really good!

Actually I had to add this to the Steepster database, as I never did before. But I sent it…
