Again. This tea was too flowery for my taste just like the Pomegranate Hibiscus from Tropical Tea Co.

Waking up with another black tea from Chado! This one is definitely the strongest out of my all my current teas from Chado.

drank Mango Green by Adagio Teas

I got this tea to replace my mango green from Teavana. It’s yummy but really not the same at all making it really hard to compare them. Sadly, I’m still looking for a replacement for Teavana’s mango green which has been out of stock for almost a year now.

I wanted something flavored for my afternoon tea. Sakurambo Vert is definitely one of my favorites. <3!

Starting out with my morning with a special FTGFOP darjeeling from Chado Tea Room in Los Angeles. I’ve been trying out black teas from India, since I’ve mostly drink green or oolong teas. I’m starting to find that I enjoy black teas as my wake up tea.

So I decided to end the night with something a little different. I took out my bag of pomegranate hibiscus green from my order from Tropical Tea Co. way back when. And decided to make myself a glass of iced tea. (I hardly ever drink tea iced.)

I do love that Tropical Tea Co. makes donations to Water is Life, so I ordered a few teas (mostly flavored ones) from them but found their taste to be too flowery for my taste. The other problem is that they packaged them in plastic ziploc bags so the scent seeps through. I know I should put them in better bags or tins, but I don’t have any extra tins at the moment.

One of my favorite jasmine teas! But I’m almost done with my sample tin. I’m not sure if I’m ready to buy a 4oz tin yet or if I just want to order another sample tin and try some of Adagio’s other jasmines teas yet.

Tea logging has become a rare event since graduate school, but I try to add notes whenever I try something new.

My favorite teas are milk oolong, jasmine tea, genmaicha, and an assam with milk.
