I’m leaving the recommendation part blank this time. I really liked it before when I bought it (almost two years ago). I noticed the name has changed, but am not sure if the ingredients did. Also, I am uncertain I’ll buy this tea again because of the price and the fact that I have to go out of my way to get to a Teavana store.

I generally don’t add sweetener to my teas. However, any tart teas leaves me wanting just a little sweetness. I usually add agave or honey (whichever I grab first) to this tea. Yesterday I decided to drink it without. I’m not sure if it was the lack of sweetener or if it tasted weaker than I remember, but I threw out half of the cup.

I really love the big pieces of flowers in this tea. And I think the flavour combo is great! I feel like the strawberry flavour can sometimes over power the others, but I like strawberries.

I’m hesitant to try it iced or with carbonated water, because I’m afraid of making it too weak. If anyone has a good tsp : water volume ratio let me know!

Okay, so I’ll be honest. I kind of lost this bag of tea in the depths of my cupboard. I don’t even remember if I purchased this two or three years ago. (I’ll guess two?)

So, I know it’s a resteeping kind of tea, which I dig. However, I didn’t have high hopes this morning, since it was opened in the past, and a few weeks ago I had to toss a 25g bag my boyfriend opened last year and that got lost amongst my parent’s coffee supply. I smelled it and all I could smell were the green tea leaves. I decided to steep a cup anyway. I followed the directions, tried a couple sips (no milk, no sweetener), and tossed it.

But! Then I remembered that I wasn’t a fan of the first steep of this tea in the past anyway. Steeps 2-4 were always better. (I tried steeping it a 5th time in the past, but it wasn’t worth it). So, I decided to give it another go. This time I added milk and just a pinch of brown sugar.

OMG. I remember why I love this tea. It has actual pieces of cinnamon and the nutmeg gives it a lovely spicy aroma/taste. The yogurt pieces give it a creaminess.

The one downside I find with this tea is that it has green and black tea leaves. This is why I didn’t rate this tea higher. I’d prefer just the green leaves as I don’t like to drink more than two caffeinated beverages a day, so with my third steeping (added cream for this one), I am deciding if I want to save the leaves for one more morning, or just throw them out at this point.

If you’re going to drink this, watch the steeping time. It’s just 2-3 mins. There aren’t directions on this one for which temperature, so I generally wait a few mins after the tea boils. I haven’t noticed a burnt taste, so I’ll stick with this.

I bought 100g of this tea. I love cinnamon and chai. And I did enjoy this tea. But, I’m not always a fan of rooibus, and in this tea, I found the cinnamon almost overwhelming at times. I prefer other chais, but I would drink this again.

I can’t recommend or not recommend this. It’s definitely more for those who enjoy sweet teas AND maple.

I bought a cup of this, iced, thinking it was caramel, not maple. I mean, caramel and popcorn go together, right? I was wrong. I couldn’t finish this tea. I’m sorry for those who like it. I can see why it would be popular. It just wasn’t for me. I don’t like maple flavouring.

It’s a tart, but yummy cup of tea. I can only drink it hot. Some have said it curdles when milk is added, because of the hibiscus. but I have not had that issue. I like to turn it into a latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick (if I have any). I find it’s super comforting in the evening, and goes with some desserts (esp. most cookies)

I get the cream and vanilla notes before apple whenever I smell this tea. I enjoy this tea, and think it’s a nice evening beverage when it’s cold outside.

I wish it was a tea that included cinnamon, so I always add some. I’ve been drinking this as a latte recently to cut down on a bit of the sweetness. However, I do like it plain, so I’ll probably go back to that. I’ll be sad when I finish the last of my supply, so I am hoping it’s brought back in the future. (However, if DT puts it on their web special, I’m not purchasing 250g worth. It’s just a little too sweet for me the longer I drink it).

I would recommend this tea, unless you prefer apple teas to be a bit more tart. It’s easy to add the cinnamon for spice and cut a little of the sweetness. I have added tart in the flavours section, because it is there as an afternote/taste.

I fell in love with this tea at first steep. I’m not usually one for teas that already contain sugar, but the sparkles of this one, plus the cinnamon and citrus peel, had me hooked.

The lovely girl working at David’s when I was first introduced called it “fairy in a cup”. It’s quite lovely, and even though I enjoy it with milk and as a latte, I drink it black sometimes to enjoy the glitter.

I prefer to steep a bit more tea with a little less time to avoid the bitter after taste some black teas can leave.

The first year David’s introduced this tea as part of their winter collection I was hooked. I’m a huge fan of spicy chocolate and this tea didn’t disappoint. I can’t drink this tea cold or in warm weather, but it makes dreary fall days and frigid winter days much more enjoyable!

I usually add milk or turn it into a latte, but I don’t add sweetener. It is one of my favourites, and I felt relief and joy when David’s made this permanent.

I’m a pretty happy person. I love tea, although black and herbals are my faves.

I’m a cat lover, book lover, beer lover, and sometimes coffee lover.

I generally only rate tea I enjoy. I might rate a tea or two I dislike, but I feel bad doing so.

I don’t enjoy maple flavours or very tart teas.
