Although it says it has a medium flavour, I find it quite strong when steeped. Definitely a tea to have with milk and sugar.

The scent of the tea is somewhat exotic to me, and the orange and bergamot really come through.

Not one of my favourite teas ever, but definitely one of my standbys.

I tend to abuse this tea, fill a travel mug with a teabag in, and keep on refilling it as the day goes on. Perhaps not the best way to enjoy the tea, and I should give it a proper tasting one of these days, but I can say that it holds up to the abuse quite well, and I enjoy it during my classes after it’s had time to well oversteep.

Basic black tea, what I drink every night with my grandfather. I can get bored of it now and again, but it will always be the standard for me, and will always be somewhat of a comfort-tea.

I brew it strong, and drink with milk and either sugar or honey, and that’s the way I like it.

A friend gave some of this a while back, and I have to say I find it to be an aquired taste. It’s not my favourite tea, but it seems to grow more and more on me each time I taste it.

I had it clear this last time, and I think I prefer it that way, which is somewhat odd as I’m normally a milk and honey/sugar kind of tea drinker. However, each tea has its own character, and this one appears to be best left to its own devices.

One of the first teas that I tried from DavidsTea, and one of my favourites.

The tea tastes reminiscent of Irish Tea, and truly does taste better with some of the real stuff added. (Milk and sugar will do in a pinch, but it’s not the same.)

Sadly, this tea is no longer on the shelves, and my stash is running low. Still, I’m so glad I got a chance to enjoy cup after cup of this delicious, if temporary, addition to the DavidsTea lineup. It just goes to show, though, if you find a tea you like, be sure to buy it in bulk!
