A bit disappointed at how weak it comes out. I expected full bodied Assam flavour but this is just similar to usual flavoured tea, the Assam is not that easy to notice. Chocolate bit tastes like unsweetened oatmeal in water. The sticky thickness is obvious. Smells lovely of sweet chocolate.
I’ll try brewing it stronger to see if it can be better.

Better than I expected.
I don’t usually like floral teas so I was anxious when I smelt the perfumey aroma of the leaves, but after brewing it lightens. The tea do taste like how it smells, mainly of rose, when you swallow it the lemon acidity starts to kick in inside your mouth. It kinda feel a bit awkward as the two flavours seem separated somehow (maybe it’s just the rosy being too strong for me to taste the lemon, but I believe it exist ). The tea has no bitterness at all and is overall refreshing, if you like rose it can be a go.

I drank this in triangle teabag
Nice muscatel aroma and flavour, slight tannin, anyway it’s a typical Darjeeling

I thought it was the flavour of spices until I saw ‘dates’ in review
Oh dates, why can’t I remember dates! It comes out more when it’s diluted (on third steep, almost watery ugh), can’t see any aftertaste though
It’s silky smooth and not bitter at all, but you have to steep in less amount and drink quick, otherwise the last bit would taste tannin/soury
The red colour is really beautiful

P.s.
actually this was not the Assam flavour I expected, it’s my first time having a pure Assam and I was expecting something like CTC Irish breakfast, but it’s totally different, interesting discovery

I think it doesn’t taste so whisky? It’s more of heather, maybe toddy like what they have in their description. It’s actually nice, the tea has a sweet taste and good aroma

Flavors: Sweet

Boiling 5 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 7 OZ / 200 ML

This is really good, bold taste of Assam. Only if it can have a stronger aroma it would be perfect
Also better to brew it stronger for more oof

Leafy malty aroma, medium high bitterness. It tastes more complexed when it’s warm rather than freshly-brewed-hot, I like that roasty flavour.

Flavors: Astringent, Malt

I got the teabag version.
Not much aroma, maybe a hint of malt? Tastes somewhat plain, with a little bit of tannin, tbh I hoped for more, this is not quite amusing to me, drinkable but there are better things outside. It might be better if I brew it stronger..
