Bought this again recently, not realizing it was the exact same Matcha I’d bought from him before. I made this matcha too strong. I used three matcha spoons full of matcha and I’d guess maybe five to six ounces of water maybe a little more. It was still too strong for my tastes and I found myself adding sweetener. I think it would be better with less matcha maybe half as much. It has very much of a green vegetal taste to it. But not as much sweetness as I have found from other Matchas I have bought. I cannot claim to be an expert on Matcha, having only had about five or so. The one I bought from Yunomi tasted better than this but this might improve dramatically with less matcha.

You really don’t get it. I can’t send you a message because you don’t follow me. I wouldn’t if I could because of your rant on Instagram suggesting that Celiac’s Disease is all in my head. Don’t comment on any more of my posts unless it is to apologize.

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
