Having more of this, this morning…and throughout the day…lol (I don’t think there’s a minute in the day I don’t have tea in my hand while at work). Takes forever for the water to cool down to be drinkable, but its worth the wait haha. I also tried re-steeping the bag some yesterday and was able to get 3 uses out of it before I decided to trash it. Pretty good stuff!

I’m still very new to teas, but after having a few of these leaf bags I have to say that the previous “tea dust” bags just don’t cut it anymore. I can safely say that I’m done with tea bag tea’s, and moving to leaf teas full time. I’m also upping the rating I gave this tea the last time. I can actually taste and smell the difference in this tea vs a bag tea. So good!

Welcome to the world of full leaf teas free of dust and fanning. Now that you know what tea should taste like I am sure you will never go back. :-). Keep in mind there are some bag teas out there that are great but they are the quality teas that include full leaf teas and a large bag to allow the leaves enough room to unfurl. Enjoy this amazing journey of all things teas. It is fun and exciting.

Just wait til you ditch the bag:) I don’t care for this particular teas, but yes, full leaf sachets are a great option when you need a tea bag and can’t fill your own.

Smelling the leaf bag is almost overwhelming, the mint over powers every other scent. Strong veggie/mint flavor, not something I enjoy honestly. This might taste pretty good to some other people, but for myself I doubt I’ll even use another bag. I may try resteeping the bag to see if it dulls down the flavor, but for the most part I’ll either trash or give away the rest of this tea. Now I remember why I don’t like green tea’s.

DON’T TRASH IT! No matter how bad a tea is, throwing it away physically hurts me. lol. There’s this thread http://steepster.com/discuss/267-take-it-away if you want to get rid of it. Not liking greens is fine, but the mint is so strong it’s really unfair to compair it to an unflavored green. It’s like comparing apples to oranges lol. Good luck on finding it a new home. I do not think that will be hard at all here ;)

Lol ok, sounds fair enough. I did somewhat enjoy the China Green Tip from Tazo. I’ll see if anyone wants to take it off my hands :)

I’m still new to teas but I picked this up at lunch in Starbucks to give it a try. Has a veggie taste to it , but very smooth flavor. The bag after steeping has a great smell to it, but I don’t get that same smell from the tea itself. Not a bad tea, I’ll try resteeping since it’s whole leaf bags that came in the tin.

This stuff is kind of starting to grow on me. If I let it steep a bit longer you can taste a hint of something sweet but not enough that it lingers for long. Not as bad as it seems when I first got it.

On an off-note, my two boys are big enough to sit up in their Bumbo’s now which makes me excited. If you don’t know what a Bumbo is, then you need to look it up. Probably the single most awesome thing you can have as a parent. It’s just a chair, but you can move it anywhere for them to sit in or feed them in.

I’m still new to tea’s and find it hard to get leaf tea around here without ordering online, which I plan to do soon but for now I got this tea at the local Asian Grocer and its not too bad. I use 1 bag per small teacup and it doesn’t have a lot of flavor but you can tell its more than just hot water. It works for now.

I’m very new to tea, but want to learn as much as possible about it. So far I’ve stuck with oolong tea’s since I’ve never really been a fan of green or black tea’s. Haven’t tried any white tea that I can recall, but in time I’m sure I will. Its really hard to find leaf tea where I live unless I order it online or drive to a bigger city.

Work in a cubicle farm, love instrumental musics (ex. Ayako by Guitar and Storm by Yoshida Brothers etc.), enjoy online games though with my two newborn sons It’s hard to find time. I love Japanese and Chinese culture almost to the point of obsession. Their work ethic and devotion to every day tasks is something I wish all countries could employ. Hope to one day visit and maybe live in Rural Japan for a few years.
