From Yogi Tea

The perfect way to soothe an irritated throat is with a cup of our Throat Comfort tea. In this gently effective herbal formula, we combine slippery elm bark and mullein for their usefulness in relieving minor irritation in the mucous membranes of the throat. We also include wild cherry bark for both its soothing effects and pleasant fruity flavor. Our unique formula helps create a protective slippery coating along the throat lining,* and its naturally sweet taste gives both children and adults something to sing about!

Ingredients:
Licorice Root Fennel Seed Wild Cherry Bark Cinnamon Bark Orange Peel Slippery Elm Bark Cardamom Ginger Root Mullein Leaf Clove Bud Black Pepper

Bring water to boiling and steep 7 minutes.
For a stronger tea, use 2 tea bags. Drink 3-6 cups daily.
To warm up or soothe the throat, such as for singing or public speaking, sip as needed throughout the day.*

This has a delicious sweet taste and really does help your throat. I am not sure how… but it does. I drink it just for the taste even when my throat doesn’t hurt.
