I have had a nice birthday and an exhausting one at that so to end my night I’m having a cup of this camomile and lavender tea. Hopefully the lavender will aid in making me have a good nights sleep.
The colour once brewed is yellow and it has a floral and lemony scent. I brewed this hotter than I usually would for a green tea but I’m only following the instructions taken from the back of the tin.
Light, refreshing, floral, sweet, sour. The lavender starts off strongly and then lightens rapidly into a lemony sour fog. It’s not heavy or thick by any means which makes it easy to drink. I’m not a huge fan of lavender but when used in moderation like this blend it makes an enjoyable drink. I’m not a chamomile fan either but again this blend works well together.
