drank The Earl Grey by Twinings

Quick additional note for this tea.

Found a recipe from Twinings for a Lady Grey and lime iced tea, but I only had Earl Grey in the cupboard. The bergamot goes spectacularly well with the slightly sour lime cordial, I highly recommend trying it with EG.

The recipe is so simple: https://www.twinings.co.uk/blog/2018/july/lady-grey-lime-cooler

Yep, it is. I’ve not tried it with any other Earl Grey from a different company, but I’d bet it tastes just as good :)

I love mixing iced lavender Earl Grey with lemonade!

A British tea lover with the crazy idea that she can review every possible tea. Ever. Check out my blog to see my progress so far…

My all-time favourite tea brands that I go back to for a cup of comfort:
Clipper
Whittard of Chelsea
English Tea Shop

I rate teas on a spreadsheet, giving marks out of 10 for:
Condition of the tea leaves/ingredients,
Quality of ingredients (e.g. artificial flavours or freshly dried fruit?),
Dry aroma,
Wet aroma,
Flavour,
Texture,
Sensation (how does it make me feel?),
and Colour.
Then, with a little head scratching, I do the math and work out the score out of 100.

Open to tea swaps – even internationally!
