One of our younglings at work brought me a sample bag today. While my standard conclusion is generally “chamomile is always going to taste like chamomile, no matter what quality the tea,” I’m going to back off a little and compliment Twinings on a nice balance that isn’t too heavy-handed on either the flowers or the flavor. The honey and vanilla are convincingly naturally sweet and set off the chamomile quite nicely.

And if it improves the quality of tonight’s rest even by a degree or two, so much the better!
