I followed the advise of the David’s Tea representative and used slightly less tea per cup than the 1 1/4 tsp. that they recommend. The water that I use is “instant hot water” out of the dispenser at the office, and it works just fine for this rooibos. It comes out sweet and buttery, and is very nice after lunch.
