Sip down! Another wonderful sample from Terri! Gradually working through them. I’ve been drinking this one over the course of the later afternoon. Sadly it’s stupid hot in Toronto so my brain has been wandering. I think there are other puerhs that I prefer more than this one, but I don’t dislike this one either. This is one of those puerhs for me that I could drink all the time. It doesn’t feel like I have to pay as much attention to it as others but is still a creamy ish cup of puerh. I can dig it :)

Thank you omgsrsly picked this one up via cavocorax today. I decided to try this straight to begin with and then I will be sure to try it with cream or iced as you suggest. This is a pretty tasty treat. I am picking up more almond than maple in the first sips of this, but as it cools, the maple is coming more to the forefront. Nt a bad start to my teas from steam :)

SIPDOWN! and thank goodness because i’m going to be back over 200 again in a few hours thanks to a visit from cavocorax This one is a little bitter but it’s not too shabby. it’s a lot more pomegrante than blackberry. I added a bit of honey to this isntead of sugar and it’s blended nicely with the taste of the tea. not too bad!

SIPDOWN! Thank you terri for sending me a sample of this one. This is another from yesterday that i didn’t get a chance to log. I’m trying to get to a few of the samples terri sent me so that i can start to figure out what i like in terms of puerh AND to get my cupboard size down a little heh.

This is a really nice puerh. Not my favorite of those that iv’e tried but since i have so far enjoyed every puerh that i’ve tried, i’m thinking it’s just the tea for me lol

I did a few steepings of this, which are of course a little foggy for me now. I recall there being woody characteristics, raisin and an earthiness to it without being too much.

Sipdown! place holder log at the moment as i don’t have time to do a final review of this one yet. I’ve added the rest to a package for the canadian travelling tea box since there’s been interest in trying a few matchas.

back log from yesterday. I had a cold brew of this and man it’s pretty darn tasty. so much do that i dumped the rest of it in to a cold brew to cool overnight for today, since it’s supposed to be another hot day! this is vastly superior as a cold brew.

I had this one to start the morning off and it was just what i needed. a great black tea to kick things off :)

backlog from yesterday as i came home with a splitting headache and went to bed early. I have enjoyed one from steap shoppe, though i’m not convinced yet that it’s a reorder. i do like the appley goodness of it though, so it’s a nice fall tea :)

Last tea of the evening. I’m having this one tonight because i need to drink more 52 teas to continue that mini goal…AND i don’t want caffeinated teas..AND because i finally got around to splitting this into another bag for Kittenna So it’s all hanging outside of it’s original packaging saying DRINK ME! I also wanted to have this one as a hot brew again in case my preferences have changed. This is growing on me i think. Maybe i just need to brew it longer and then let it sit so it comes down in temperature. IE. Hot brew, then cool. This is still pretty much a watermelon tea, but i’m ok with that since, while i like mango A LOT, i haven’t had any water melon teas that i can remember, if at all.

Yeah that’s right..i’m calling this a sipdown and moving myself to 200 teas, though i know it will be short lived. Why? Because this is going to live at Indigobloom’s house. Not because i don’t like it, i’m just indifferent…and she has contemplated buying another pouch of this to have more. So she gets to finish the last few cups of this instead of me…because i’m trying this again tonight and i don’t wanna have to drink the rest lol.
