Decaf and Herbal TTB. Drinking etaM from Liquid Proust Teas. Although this is considered an Herbal it has Mate in which has caffeine. I could use a jolt about now. This teat is kind of grassy for lack of a better word. There is a little sweetness from the rock candy. I’m not really tasting the green rooibos.

I steeped this once in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for 4 min.
