drank Serenity Liu Bao by Fang Gourmet Tea

This is an excellent tea. The first time I drank this I got tea drunk, today less so. I used more tea in the hope of a pleasant effect but it seems tea no longer effects me in the positive way it once did. This is still a good tea though, one of the best and definitely the best Liu Bao I have tried. There were a variety of sweet notes, but I wasn’t paying attention to the specifics. If anyone lives in the NY area I recommend a trip to Fang’s Gourmet Tea. Their tea is first rate. It is expensive, but excellent.

I steeped this eight times in a new 120ml gaiwan with 9.5g leaf and boiling water. I steeped it for 10 sec, 10 sec, 15 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, 1.5 min, and 2 min. This tea did at least really relax me. After a still unknown illness that took me to the ER for the night I needed something good. I guess negative tests are good but knowing might be better.

Preparation
Boiling 0 min, 15 sec 9 tsp 4 OZ / 120 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
