One of you mentioned trying this with bourbon sugar, which I don’t have, but it still sounded so good, I snagged a box for the house. It is balanced in favor of the cinnamon rather than the apple (which I was really craving) but it is a lovely herbal departure from minty stuff and overly spiced chai.

Bourbon sugar! That sounds interesting and likely, unavailable here.
This sounds like it has potential. Still, I worry about overly aggressive cinnamon and spice in CT blends.
In this case, it’s just the cinnamon rather than the empty-the-entire-contents-of-your-spice-rack nastiness of CS Bengal Spice.
I haven’t explored local shops to see if such a thing as bourbon sugar exists, but my husband did waltz home with a little bottle of—get this—coffee blossom honey. Haven’t opened it yet, but I’m looking forward to it!

Hahaha, yes, you know exactly what I am talking about.
This sounds far more reasonable.

I’ve found honey powder and lavender sugar at little local spice shops before so bourbon sugar seems like something a spice shop might carry.
