This tea is absolutly delicious. Its a sweet pina colada taste. You don’t need sweetner for this one, but its not overpoweringly sweet either. Its just delicious.

I bought a 250g bag of this. Oh yes… I did. It was on sale. How could I not? Would I have regretted not buying it if I hadn’t, hells yes. How do I feel now that I have it and I’m sipping away on another cup of this one? I feel like one smart cookie for buying so much!!

This tea is… legend—wait for it—DARY! How is this tea so amazing? How? I ask, HOW?! It just is! The sweet fruit. The pineapple, the coconut, the sweet apple and candy.. I’m so glad I got this one.

Anyways, It’s just so good. I know this is a goofy note, but really, it’s just that good!

If you like piña colada and getting caught in the rain!!!
This tea is probably my favourite of the summer collection. It’s so yummy. I made it as an iced tea and found that because of the candy hearts I don’t have to add that much agave. I fully intend on making piña coladas out of this tea and also am going to buy about a kilo of it. This is the new love of my life :)

I never got around to trying this last year when it first came out because it was heavy and thus, expensive. I bought a pitcher pack last week because, hey, it was cheap… like 50% off or something, which makes it cheaper than buying a brewed tea in any form.

Threw it in a pitcher with water, then into the fridge it went to be forgotten about for a couple days.

Drank some today and it’s refreshing, creamy, tropically sweet (like watered down juice), and tasted alcoholic (!!) with what could only be rum flavouring. My daughter had a glass and promptly downed the entire thing and asked for more. Me, after drinking it naked, I mixed it with some orange juice… oh yum.

Finally tried this hot tonight. Having caved and bought a 250 g bag on sale, I might be convincing myself that was a necessary purchase. Hot seems to tone down the pineapple a pinch, but now the smoothness of the coconut really starts to come out. I really do love this blend. The tropical flavours work so well either hot or cold. This was a real winner of a blend and I wish it had been permanent. Oh well at least I have enough to keep me stocked for the foreseeable future!

I loveeeeed this one! Fruity, with strong notes of coconut and pineapple. Loved it warm, loved it even more ice cold.

Not super sweet, but it’s alright, it’s just so refreshing!!! Will definitely repurchase this before it’s gone! <3

This is hands down my favourite summer tea.

This tea is as close as you can get to pina colada. The smell is bang on, with heavy pineapple and coconut scents. Chock full of dried fruit, the dry tea is fairly chunky in consistency.

The tea steeps to a lovely light yet bright yellow, but the smell decreases in intensity. As far as taste goes, it’s spot on. It’s like a light pina colada: sweet enough without being overpowering. Once I’ve finished the cup, the taste of coconut remains. And although it’s delicious hot, it’s incredible cold…

I don’t have any rum in the house right now, but if I did I would definitely throw some into the iced tea. This tea would definitely make a great base for a cold, alcoholic pina colada. Maybe throw in some coconut milk to give it that creamy texture? Perfection.

As my little intro note says, this is my favourite summer tea from David’s Tea. It’s a real, true pineapple/coconut flavour, no silly substitutes. It’s great hot, it’s great cold, and I’m sure it would be best alcoholic. But that’s just my opinion… Now excuse me while I tan in my backyard with this delicious tea in hand.

Yummy! I enjoy this one both hot and cold. But perhaps just a tad bit more when it’s cold. I didn’t realize how much I enjoyed Pina Colada tea until I stumbled upon some at a local tea shop. So now I actively seek this flavor out. So when I saw Tropicalia at David’s tea, trying some was a no-brainer. I the would have rated this one even higher but personally I would prefer if “sugar hearts” was not included in the ingredients – that’s just me I’m sure. I just feel that there is enough natural sweetness from the pineapple, and I can always add sugar, whereas sifting through the tea in an attempt to pick out the sugar hearts would be more trouble than it’s worth. Still it’s a delicious tea, and I would certainly repurchase this one.
