Cleanse your body and mind with this wonderful Detox tea combining a luxurious base of sencha green tea and energizing green mate with lemongrass, lemon peel, licorice, ginger pieces, a sprinkling of peppermint, and finishing touches of papaya and strawberry. The perfect drink to invigorate and detoxify throughout the day. Superb hot or iced.

Ingredients:
Sencha Green Tea, Yerba Maté, dried strawberry, dried papaya, gynostemma, natural flavors, lemongrass, ginger, lemon peel, licorice, peppermint

Brewing Instructions:
Hot Tea: use 1.5 tsp. of tea per 6 ounces of water. Heat water to 195 °F and steep for 6-8 minutes. If bolder flavor is desired, increase the amount of tea used.
Iced Tea: use 3 tsp. of tea per 6 ounces of water. Heat water to 195 °F and steep for 6-8 minutes. After steeping, pour brewed tea over an equal amount of ice.
