After about a week of sobriety, my liver finally woke up from the decade-long stretch of binge drinking it was subjected to. And let me tell you, nothing helps kick start a major organ quite like some herbal tea. I created this concoction by mixing a bit of blood orange with sour apple, and although I’m not a tea fanatic, my liver does want to thank Adagio for the respite.
