Almost gone but never properly reviewed, oops. I don’t remember being particularly enamoured with this tea at any point – I do love AQ2T’s berry flavours, but I don’t think this quite hit right for me. Hopefully I can manage to review the last cup!

Cold Brew Sipdown (1419)!

In my head I remembered the cucumber being stronger than it actually was in this sipdown, but quickly skimming through my other tasting notes I see now that my experience with this brew was actually pretty consistent with how it’s tasted in the past: majority jammy (and slightly artificial) tasting blueberry flavouring with playful amounts of lemongrass and cucumber. Pretty refreshing, and overall I still think this is a really nice and well balanced white tea with a unique trio of flavours. I’ll miss this one just a bit, I think.

VariaTea had this one right. The dry tea for this one smells amazing…the berry lemonade is just noms. Brewed, this is a really nice, light cucumber berry tea. the lemonade aspect is pretty muted. I don’t know that i need this in my cupboard but it would make a really nice cold brewed tea i think (or hot and then cooled with a tiny splash of sugar).

Berry and cucumber are the real stars here. This is light and smooth and tastes as though someone infused berries and cucumbers in water (which I guess I sorta did). The lemonade is lacking and though I am a bit disappointed, this tea doesn’t necessarily need it.

It is similar to Watermelon Agua Fresca in the sense that this tastes like water subtlely infused with flavoring as opposed to a full out tea. It is different too though because in Watermelon Agua Fresca there was nothing from the base but here it is a touch of light floral that ties the berries and cucumber together. Nevertheless, as much as this is an awesome iced tea for the summer, I am left wondering if I should just toss some berries and cucumber in a water bottle instead.

good to know…..this was on my list
