I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this one yet. It’s a staple in my tea collection – I always have this on hand. It’s my favorite lemon ginger tea out there. I don’t drink this everyday but when I do it’s several cups at a time. A very relaxing cup and very delicious.

Interesting! May I ask where you found that? (I love Bigelow Ginger Snappish, which is a seasonal lemon/ginger combo that disappears in January.)

I have tasted a lot of teas from Tattle Tea, this one was not the worst but it wasn’t the best. I ended up giving it away. The flavor was way off to me.

This was gross. I gave it away. I can’t even describe it.

drank Juicy Lemon Black by Tattle Tea

This tea is divine! There is a group of us at work who love this tea, especially during the summer. It’s not as good as my favorite lemon tea – Lemon Soleil by Adagio Tea, but it holds it’s own. I see Tattle Tea no longer offers it. Hoping it’s just a seasonal thing and it will be back soon.

drank Black Currant by Harney & Sons

I found this flavored black tea good, but not as impressive as my favorite black currant offered by Upton Tea. I’m glad I tried it, though.

drank Palm Court by Harney & Sons

This was delicious and I drank it sooooo fast. Surely a sign of a good tea? Harney & Son’s website is somewhat ambiguous about the history of this tea. It seems to suggest this tea was blended for The Plaza Hotel’s famous restaurant “The Palm Court” in NY and that it’s the preferred tea of choice of the guests there – yet I can’t find anything to back this up on The Palm Court’s website. Of all the samples I ordered from Harney & Son’s this was repurchase for sure! Delicious & enjoyable!

This tea is fine as hell, guuurl. A fantastic blend of chocolate, coconut, vanilla, and amaranth petals. Before even trying it you know just by the smell and look (it’s so pretty!) that it’s going to be one helluva cuppa. A must try for anyone who loves flavored teas.

drank Queen Catherine by Harney & Sons

“Queen Catherine” is a basic black tea with a hint of floral scent, but thankfully none of that came out taste-wise. I added some honey (which I never do) and it elevated it to a whole other level. HOLLA. I really must rethink this whole honey business. An enjoyable cup.

This is a tart, astringent, layered black tea. I found it to be OK – I broke one of my rules and added a wee bit of honey to see if that helped and it worked much better. I’ll finish the sample up, but I don’t think I’ll need to reorder it. I wasn’t impressed that much.

drank Boston by Harney & Sons

I had really high hopes for the flavored black tea “Boston”, yet this was the only tea I couldn’t finish. Advertised as a nutty blend of almond, vanilla & cranberry, it fails to mention how floral-tasting this tea is. Very. I cannot for the life of me do floral teas. The longer I sipped, the worse/intense the floral taste became. It just lingered longer than anything should on my palate. I ended up giving the rest away. Pity. If floral is your thing, TRY THIS!

Bio

I’m an impatient, weird, overly giggly redhead. I’m obsessed with British stuff and have a love for tea (obviously). I enjoy reading novels when time allows it, but most of the time I can be found searching for BBC crime shows on Netflix.

My favorite teas are black, flavored, herbal and iced. I also like some green and some rooibos.

I only review teas once and I don’t log a tea every time I drink it. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
