Vegetal and light, I steeped it for a long time and it still wasn’t overpowering. The color is a beautiful light green and went really nicely with chocolate covered raisins AND the salad that I ate with it!

Hi! I’ve been into tea for about a year now, thanks to my good fortune of living near a lot of wonderful tea shops in the San Francisco Bay Area.
