Loose leaf at the grocery store?! I couldn’t resist. This was an interesting cup. I LOVE tropical green teas, and I LOVE rose tea so I expected to really like this one. Unfortunately the combo doesn’t work as well as I was expecting, and it didn’t really agree with sweetener either. I’m a little perplexed by it. I’ll probably be sticking to fruity greens without the floral element after I finish the bag.

I agree with the other reviewers that say it tastes like unsweetened cranberry juice. Didn’t do much for me in the flavor department, tastes like any generic berry tea to me. It will be a nice option for a low caffeine cup at night.

This is one of my favorites from Adagio. Brewing it double strength with milk and honey takes it from good to great.

drank White Blueberry by Adagio Teas

This one doesn’t /quite/ do it for me. Maybe I like the fruity notes in my teas to be more obvious, but I can barely detect the blueberry in this one. I’ll have to experiment with brewing to try and coax out more of that flavor. I much prefer Adagio’s white eternal spring.

This tea gives me… mixed feelings. On the one hand it’s a huge bag of dust (like honestly, tea bag fanning level dust), on the other hand I enjoy it wayyyy more than Adagio’s white blueberry. It’s sweet and a really nice blend of rose and fruity notes. I save this for when I don’t mind having a cup that tastes slightly artificial. Would probably be grand iced.

drank Skin DeTox by Yogi Tea

I was honestly expecting to be more offended by the taste of this one based on the ingredients. It brews up to mostly taste like rose and honey bush. I can detect the licorice in the scent and aftertaste. I don’t particularly like that taste, but I’m trying to acclimate myself to it so this is a good one to sip for that purpose. Overall it’s pretty good if you like rose teas. I use this on the go when loose leaf isn’t an option.

drank Monet by Adagio Custom Blends

This is the first tea I’ve ever had from Adagio. The smell that this tea has is INCREDIBLE. Totally worth buying just to hover over the tin taking purposeful breaths. I was nervous about the ginger accent but it truly compliments the cream and caramel notes in the blend. Best brewed strong (just like Monet) with a little sweetener and milk.
