183 tasting notes

This is my first review here, but the second time I’ve had this tea. The first time I made a note that it smelled and tasted a bit chemically to me, and I only found it decent after adding both cane sugar and almond milk.

I tried it again tonight, and added a touch of stevia while brewing. I like it a bit better this time around, but don’t plan on purchasing more when I finish this. I think I was hoping for less rooibos and more creme taste.

Bio

I’m a vegan, board-game playing, avid reader who likes to run and/or lift weights depending on my mood (and current injuries).

I’m fairly new to tea, but my collection seems to be growing at an exponential rate. Herbals, greens, whites, and now oolongs are my teas of choice at the moment. I haven’t developed a taste for black yet (if it’s something you can develop a taste for).
