9 Tasting Notes
Day 7 of my advent calendar and another hit! :) It’s the perfect blend of spice and a bit of a nutty flavour. Nutty teas are my absolute favourite. Not to mention that the leaves brew from small little balls to big beautiful leaves! I definitely plan on adding this tea to my collection after Christmas!
Preparation
I got to try this tea in my advent calendar this week and I can assure you that it tastes nothing like coffee. It is soooo good. I didn’t get much of the fruit taste, just a faint amount (which was perfect for me) and a creamy cakey taste. One of my new favorite teas. I steeped a perfect teaspoon with a mug.
Preparation
Advent Calendar day 4! This one is soooo good. It’s more of a sweeter tea that relaxes. I prefer this one over Mother’s Little Helper to relax in the evening for sure! I’m definitely going to be adding this tea to my Christmas list! I steeped one perfect scoop with a regular mug
Preparation
I loooveeee this tea! I have it when I’m looking for a sweet cinnamon taste. It’s more like a desert tea and it steeps pink (which is the best part in my opinion). About a year ago I drank a cup every day and I got tired of it, about a month ago I had it again and I forgot how much I loved it. Can’t wait to buy more of it!
Preparation
This tea is not my favourite but it does the trick to relax. I find it too minty but if you like mint I’d suggest it to you. I bought this tea about a year ago and I’d say I’ve had about 5 cups of it. I usually leave it out if company is coming.
Preparation
At first I wasn’t sure about this tea. I definitely don’t like the smell of it once it is steeped but the taste is amazing! It’s not my go to green tea but it’s definitely up there. It has more of a smokey taste which I don’t mind every once and a while.
Preparation
I tried this one yesterday out of my David’s Tea Advent Calendar which I’ve been waiting weeks to start. I’m not a big chocolate mint fan but the tea was okay! I think if I liked chocolate mint I would love the tea! I usually steep my teas quite long (10-15 minutes) as I put it in my perfect steeper mug, cover it, & forget about it for a little while. I usually like my teas steeped more. I used the perfect scoop for one mug of tea.
