Had a weird day today; rushed morning, steady afternoon, horrifyingly slow evening, and then that hour after work where you take a wrong turn and end up on an adventure of detours, left turns, the highway, and turning up right back where you started.
I needed something fresh to start over my night before I went to bed, and only 3 cups of this the day before and I’m addicted. Resistance is futile. Don’t even consider unwinding with mint. This is was you need, or so my brain is telling me.
Brewed this one up hot, and this time didn’t make the mistake of sweetening it. Used more tea that I probably should have, and I have no regrets. The taste of this one is different when it’s hot. That taste of tang at the end when it’s cooled off presents itself at the beginning when she’s hot. Tang, then sweet, then your mouth waters for more and your nose begs for you to keep inhaling the juicy aroma. The aftertaste, fruity, not bitter, a dance of flavours plastering your mouth.
Dynamic, and beautifully caffeine free, this one is here to stay.

Bio

I’m a recent addition to the tea drinking community, having only ever had Tetley black in my childhood (a staple for many and the entrance of many into the tea world). I’ve only in the last year really discovered the sensory experience that is tea consumption. It’s something I hope I never grow tired of.

Other than my passion for tea drinking, I’m a fan of music, hand making bracelets (which I sell on Etsy), watching films, reading, German(y), and chilling with my kitty cat, just to name a few.
