This store sells loose leaf tea as well as other things. Tea isn’t the main thing they sell, but it is one of the first things you see when you walk in and they do have a fair bit of variety.

I’ve always enjoyed going in there for teas. I find they have a decent variety and they are always so kind and helpful when I go in there.

This place just opened up this summer and I’ve only been in twice, but so far they are VERY nice and have always helped me find anything I’m looking for. I love the beautiful teaware they have and plan to go back and get at least another piece or two soon.

Not going to go into too much detail, but unfortunately I had to return one of the teas I bought from this place after only my first visit. The tea wasn’t good, and it was very noticeable once the package was opened. And unfortunately, I found out this isn’t the first time that they have had problems with their teas.

HOWEVER, that being said, I did receive some great customer service and they corrected it immediately and let me exchange it. I got some nice teaware, and I’m excited to use it. It’s a lovely piece.

Such a fantastic store! I love going into Davidstea and this one is great. It’s not a very big store, but that’s fine. The customer service is always great and the products are always fun.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here. Although the tea itself was good, because I had walked in holding Davidstea in my hands, my visit wasn’t good. The gentlemen running the place was very forward about his negative opinions of Davidstea and it wasn’t good. I was very upset by the whole experience to be honest.
I probably shouldn’t have gone in there with a competitor’s product in hand, but at the same time, I feel the visit should have been better.

The gentlemen in there was very knowledgeable and the tea is pretty good, but unfortunately my experience tarnished them for me.

I’ve only been here once a long while ago. The place is so cute! It’s not very big, but they had a lot of loose leaf teas and they seemed to have a good variety. The price for the teas is very very good. Probably the lowest prices I’ve seen in a long while. I got like 200g for $12 of the one tea.
The service was really good and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for without any hassle. I’d go back there again.

I visited this store while I was in the area. It was quite busy when I was in there as they were having a bunch of sales. I was patient and I was able to get some very nice teas because of it.

The lady that helped me was very nice. She overscooped my one tea and asked if that would be ok like most of the stores seem to do, but I made a point of saying I only wanted the 50g that I had asked for. She was fine with that. I wish the company wouldn’t do that, but I know they are just trying to up sell. I just like getting what I ask instead of feeling bad that I want to stick with it. I know it’s usually only a few grams difference but it’s the whole principle behind the thing.

Anyway, other than that, the trip there was great. The folks in there were great at helping me get what I wanted and helped me find everything alright. I was very happy in that way.

This is one place I never in all my dreams expected to visit ever. I was very, very fortunate to have the opportunity to go to this store a few weeks ago. Not only is the city/landscaping amazing to look at, but the store itself was so sweet and nice. It was in line with a bunch of other shops, but the sign overhead looked sweet and inviting.

The customer service was great. The folks working that day were inviting and excited to help us out. I was so happy to go there. I ended up buying some tea, but not too much. I didn’t want to overdo it as I didn’t have much space in the luggage.

Very highly recommend going to this shop if you ever get a chance to go to that area. This was a real pleasure to go to.

I’m going to mark this one as closed ‘cause technically it has. Now it is Teavana. I’ve only been in the Teavana once so I can’t rate that very well, but I was at the Teaopia a few times.

They were always very nice in there. The knowledge the staff had was amazing and I enjoyed getting good quality tea.

My only complaint that I had about Teaopia (and technically this has transfered over to Teavana also) is that you can’t buy any smaller amounts than 50g. I don’t think that’s right. There should be a way to buy smaller amounts at least in stores.

But otherwise, it was a very nice store with wonderful products including the teaware items. I will definitely miss this place.

I’ve gone into this place a lot lately. They sell the Metropolitian Tea Company’s tea. They have shelves of tea and it’s a very nice atmosphere in there. They sell a lot of other stuff too, but it’s mostly the teas that I’m interested in when I go there.

The lady that runs the shop is very highly qualified. I don’t know all of her classifications that she has, but it’s a lot. I’m really impressed by her knowledge everytime I go in there and have learnt a lot. The ladies are always welcoming and sweet to talk to. I’ve been very pleased with the service I get there.

I’m a 30-something-year-old writer. I finished my first novel last year, which I’m editing this year amongst the world’s craziness and hoping to some day get it published. I’ve also written several short stories that I’m looking to get published someday

I work as a paginator (I do page layout for our local weekly newspaper) and absolutely love it! I’m also an amateur photographer.
I’m the proud mommy of two sweet little boys.
I’m married to an absolute amazing man who “puts up” with my tea obsession.

I became obsessed with tea a few years after high school.I started with Orange Pekoe double double (milk not cream), and peppermint. Since that time, I’ve really opened up to other kinds of tea and I’ve well… I’ve kind of just went nuts since then.

I’m a loose leaf fan, but if there are no other options, I will drink bagged.

I would have to say my favourite kinds of tea are (in no particular order): black, puerh cakes, herbal and matcha.

Green teas still aren’t a favourite for me, but I’m working on it.

I still can’t get myself to like mate teas, as much as I try, I just don’t like their flavour.

I drink tea every single day. I absolutely love it. I can’t image my life without it.

I don’t log every time I drink a tea as I don’t want to spam everyone with tons of duplicate loggings, but I will log when I have a new tea, which happens on a regular basis and when I do a SIPDOWN! :D
