1 Tasting Note

92

Light but warm, floral yet toasty. I am a fan. I enjoyed watching the small rounded balls of tea unfurl in my clear teapot. It’s a pretty tea. There is a great smooth body, and a light, pleasant finish to this tea. To the nose, it imparts a toasted, almost barley flavor, and upon tasting a floral buttered taste takes over. Could be enjoyed on a daily basis!

Bio

I am an absolute tea fanatic! I started to get into teas when my family introduced me to Harney Teas in Millerton, NY. Ever since I have come to appreciate teas more and more for everything that goes into making them, the culture that surrounds them, and the daily pleasures of tasting and experimenting with new flavors and aromas. The health benefits don’t hurt either! I am currently President of the Cornell Tea Society at Cornell University, and I have a wonderful habit of getting everyone I know interested in the art of tea.
