I was given this tea a while back from a friend. There is apparently some kind of diet tea system through this brand. Although I have no idea about that, I do like the teas that she gave me – some better than others. This tea has a pretty good flavor, but the water was not hot enough. I used about 150 degree water, which is much too low for this tea. I steeped it at 3 minutes. The flavor was still there – not a strong peach flavor, which is good. I definitely need to raise the water temperature and steep for 2-3 minutes.

Preparation
150 °F / 65 °C 3 min, 0 sec

Anthropology geek. I love tea, of course. I’m in my 30s and live with 2 fat cats and a giant of a man in Northwest GA.

In tea, I prefer loose teas of all kinds. I really like Oolong and Darjeeling (black). Although I prefer loose teas and they were all I drank for years, I now drink and own a lot of packaged teas due to convenience and find that many of them are really good. You will probably see me review many more packaged teas due to this. I’m hoping to go on a loose tea shopping spree sometime soon.

One of my favorite things is to go to tea houses, whether they be Victorian or Asian style. If you have any suggestions on great ones, I’m open.

I really like to grow bunches of things and write about it (see url below).

Oh, and I love that this website exists.
