TTB Review #34: Pretty standard green tea, more potent than most, but also more astringent. It feels somewhat incomplete, like it’s missing the finishing touches of a strong green tea, leaving behind only the bitterness and none of the flavor.

Quaffable enough. I don’t get much taste on the front at all, but going down pleasantly like nettles (if you’ve had nettle soup – like brighter spinach). I think it’ll take a while. I often need others here to taste a tea first because then their descriptions help me home in on the flavours to be alert for.

Flavors: Green, Vegetal

Agreed, other people’s tasting notes help me pin down some flavours.
