This is the highest grade of gunpowder tea we have offered. The leaves are from a fine plucking, rolled loosely into a sphere. The aroma of both the liquor and infusion have a sweet, vegetal note. Recommended for those seeking a superior gunpowder experience.

Mighty Leaf TeaI bought a sample of this expecting “a superior gunpowder experience” but got a superior vegetable broth instead. There is no familiar gunpowder smokiness in this tea, at all. All you get is an ultimate vegetable flavor like broccoli and asparagus soup with a little bit of sweetness. The leaf is high quality, the brew is fragrant but the taste is just not working for me.
