Made with Organic Dandelion Root

Herbal Dietary Supplement

PMS Tea® promotes a healthy premenstrual cycle by temporarily reducing water retention.* PMS Tea® contains herbs traditionally used to eliminate excess fluid by supporting kidney function,* which is responsible for maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance in the body. It also supports liver function,* which breaks down excess estrogen, a factor in cycle-related water retention. PMS Tea® has an earthy, roasted grain taste, with a balance of slightly bitter and sweet.

Maybe it’s because I prefer tisanes, but this tea isn’t something I will choose to drink for pleasure.

It has a very earthy taste, and the dandelion root is very easy to taste, probably the most obvious note.

I’ve heard from a lot of people that this tea is incredibly beneficial in decreasing their PMS symptoms, although I have yet to use it for that purpose, but I’m sure I will soon.

I also had it with honey and found it much more enjoyable. Although if it turns cold, it’s hard for me to drink. Must have it while it’s hot.

Tastes a bit like kuchika, a bit like chicory, a bit like roasted mate. Properly prepared — 10-15 minutes of covered steeping — it delivers a decent diuertic action that can help any PMS bloat, and, despite its odd taste, this tisane does soothe. I’ve only ever tried it plain, no milk or sugar. Definitely a medicinal tea.

I actually very much enjoyed this tea.
I prepared it as the box instructs: steeped with boiling water for about 10-15 minutes, covered.
It has a very earthy flavor that, with sugar and a little milk, is enhanced greatly!
I found it very comforting; not soothing or refreshing like a mint tea.

Gosh this taste like burn dandelion root mix with mud together. Its very earthy but i get this aftertaste i could only describe as yuck! I purchased it for its medicinals quality so lets see if it works. I am going to force myself to finish this cause i bought it, but i think i prefers yogi moon cycle better for the same purpose.

I really enjoy this tea. For a medicinal tea, this one is quite easy to drink and really does offer relief with water retention. It tastes a bit like a bullion broth to me, with a savory note to it.
