I think this one originally came from Liquid Proust? I finally tried it the other day at DAVIDsTEA while I was on shift; I just brought a sample bag of it and brewed it up Western style, although I will eventually have to try it Gong Fu.
- Combo of smoke/anise/artichoke/spinach/petrichor/cream/malt/buttered greens
- Really light initial bitterness/bitter top note
