TEA LATTE Brew tea double strength then mix with equal parts dairy or non-dairy milk or egg nog. Optional: add a splash of brandy or bourbon.

MULLED TEA Mix equal parts brewed tea and heated pear juice. Optional: add a splash of brandy or dark rum.
