It took several months for this exceptional tea to be ready since we were able to source a limited amount of it in Spring 2018. We tested this tea multiple times and slowly adding roasting sessions and letting it rest until it could realize its full potential according to our standards.
The excellent zhengyan material combined with the processing and strong charcoal roasting achieves an almost silky mouth feeling while keeping a rich, multi-dimensional flavor and a bright yanyun. The processing enriches the character of the material with grace and balance. It is light and at the same time complex and delicious for many brews.
It is not so easy to come across this level of tea no matter where you might be and we are glad to have a chance to share it. Quantity is limited. Includes one glow in the dark sticker. Samples available.
Not really recommended for beginners because what makes this tea special might go unnoticed. Recommended to those who value and appreciate the beauty of tea without prejudice.
Take your time to experience every cup, smell the lid after pouring, save the first infusion to drink as last at room temperature. See you in space.
