This shou (ripe) puerh is a classic recipe from Menghai Factory. This Da Yi does not have a strong pungency of a just-fermented cake, but has already mellowed a bit. When brewed this cake is sweet and rich. This is the perfect choice for those who already love the rich, earthy taste of shou puerh, but it is also a great one for beginners.
