I got this as part of the “cold survival kit” and I think it’s the best of the bunch. Multiple steeps, spicy ginger flavour. It actually did help me feel a little bit better when I was suffering from a pretty nasty cold.

It’s really just ginger. I don’t get much else from it, other than that distinct rooibos flavour. But it’s a rich, pure ginger flavour. If you really like ginger, you’ll probably like this tea.

Got this tisane in the Co-Pilot David’s Sample pack. Such a cute idea to have 5 sample teas to try. I love ginger so I was pretty keen to try this one. Steeped it up for 5 minutes in my Stump teapot after lunch.

I was worried about the stevia in this blend but it’s fairly subtle. The pepper is very spicy and almost obscures the ginger element in here. But yes… there it is. Lots of loads of lovely ginger! This is a nice blend but I’m not sure it has anything much to offer me personally over a cup of plain ginger tea. Peppercorn is supposed to be good for your respiratory system so this might be good when you’re sick. Not sure I would need to keep this around in the permanent stash but it’s been a very enjoyable cuppa.

I love this tea! I’m a huge lover of ginger. This has some spice to it from all the pepper but it’s so smooth and the ginger is so strong. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves ginger.

Ok, so this is amazing !!!!

Last weekend I had a bad cold and was angry because I didn’t get any of the cold fighting teas from David… So I went online and ordered the cold survival kit. Of course by the time it arrived my cold was gone. Oh, well ! 5 more teas to try !! :)

I didn’t think I would care about this one too much. Let’s face it, it’s rooibos ! But it doesn’t taste rooibos one bit. Just ginger, a whole lot of ginger, and the spicy kick from pepper. Just amazing. I’m almost looking forward to having another cold so I can try it with a sore throat… lol ! If you love ginger, you’ll love this.

I bought 100g of Super Ginger on blind faith and I have no regrets. I love it. The spiciness of the ginger and peppercorns fused into the tea is absolutely amazing. It’s great for congestions. Yummy tea!

Hands down, the most hated and disgusting tea I’ve ever drank. All I could taste was pepper; not even a tiny bit of ginger. No thanks.

I am a huge fan of ginger tea. I prefer to make my own with fresh ginger.
This is a nice option when I don’t have time or when I am out.
The plus is that it is organic. It warms you up. Perfect to start the day and give you a nice boost.

It was January, so this was the tea of the month, so of course, I HAD to buy it! it’s great, and Ginger is a good cold-remedy and boosts your metabolism. My coach always bugs me about how I should drink ginger tea, so here you go! The ginger was strong, and there were also peppercorns in it that made the tea even more spicy. I would definitely suggest this tea for you health-crazed-ginger-lovers.

This tea is soooooo spicy, but it is amazing for nausea/a sore stomach with the amount of ginger.

Word to the wise – do NOT forget about this tea and let it steep for 1.5 hrs and then attempt to drink it. Wow. I love ginger, but that’s too much ginger for me. It was spiiiicy.

Not rating, of course, because that wouldn’t be fair. I’ll try again when my tastebuds have recovered.
