“4 Fruits Rouges” flavored black tea
A blend of black teas flavored with cherry, strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant resulting in a fruity bouquet. Embellished with pieces of strawberries and redcurrants.
Brewing time: 4 to 5 minutes
This is good. Received this the other day with my order to Dammann Freres. There is a slight bitterness from the black tea base, just enough so you know you are drinking a black tea. Next you get a mixture of flavors from the cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant. There seems to be a dominant flavor between these but I am at a loss to tell you which it is. I can’t wait to try this iced.
I brewed this once in an 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and 190 degree water for 3 min.
