Description

A beautiful white tea from the Zhejiang region of China. It was first produced during the Tang Dynasty (618 – 907). Today Song Yang continues to be harvested and made exclusively by hand. Though this contributes to its fine character and flavor, it also severely limits its availability. About three thousand leaves go into the making of just one pound of this rare tea. All this hard work is well worth it. Our ‘Song Yang Serenade’ infuses a cup that’s light in color, with a tender aroma and a sweet, refreshing taste. If you enjoy the subtle taste of white tea, we recommend you give Song Yang a try.
