I’ve had a sample of this sitting on my shelf for a while, and so I finally decided to steep up a mug. Not bad – not stellar though. I only started to taste the coconut once it had started to go cold. Steep times were pretty finicky with this one too – it got bitter really quickly. Second steepings didn’t work out so well either. It had a decent creaminess when I got the temperature and timing right, but overall I can’t say I’m thrilled.
