If you like black earth, leathery, thirst quenching dark, dark chocolate tea then this is the one. Straight up it smells and tastes like black earth after rain. When I added a touch of almond milk it brought out the dark, dark chocolate taste.

Flavors: Dark Chocolate, Earth, Leather

Hazelnut, butter, vanilla and a slight herbal taste…this is a wonderful tea. One to be steeped in a Gaiwan starting at 30 seconds and then to be enjoyed over and over again in multiple steeps. A delightful tea for a time of pondering…best straight and on its own.

Flavors: Butter, Hazelnut, Herbaceous, Vanilla

This is my go to tea when I am on conferences or travelling and there is no other option available, but there always seems to be a Tim Hortons around in Canada…so I am able to get a tea and a muffin…and this bagged tea is okay…I am a loose tea nut, but in a pinch this one is pretty good

I steeped this as follows: 2 scoops of Root Beer Float tea with 3/4 scoop of Vanilla Rooibos in 450 mls of just boiling water and then after steeping for 4 minutes I added 50 ml of steamed frothed almond milk…and the result was “Root Beer Float”…it was delicious!

Flavors: Root Beer

I am not a fan of rose teas…to me it just tastes weird to have rose taste in my drink. This is just a regular tea…one I would never buy a big quantity of, but I do not mind drinking it if I have no other tea to drink.

Not a bad tea, nothing extraordinary, but pleasant tasting. It does have a maple flavour to it and it endures through multiple steeps. There is also a nice walnut taste to the tea.

Flavors: Maple, Walnut

Not much to say about this tea…a definite taste of dandelion in it and the vegetal taste of green tea…but not a very good tasting tea.

Not a bad Genmaicha, but it just seemed to lack a true clear flavour to make it distinctive and savoury….detected a slight metallic taste.
