So much potential but so unfriendly owner
Sometimes I´m not sure if she recognize that there´s customers
If you ask some specific tea questions most of the time she has no idea what you´re talking about.
In my case I asked which variety the Sun Moon Lake tea is (I dropped Ruby) and she looked mean and said that she does´nt know what Im talking about
Teas are really ok, money/quality ratio, nothing tha you could steep 10 times but worth the buck
Tea accessories are wayyyyyyy overpriced
It so unfortunate because it could be the number one place for the real tea experience in vienna, but the owner does not care about good relations…

It looks very nice but the owner is unfriendly and impolite. I’ve been the first time, watching a bit around, she cared more to speak with a friend of her and actually checking carefully that I wouldn’t do anything wrong. Once I asked the price for a Chapan name it in german “tea tray” she just replied me grumpily “80€, and this is not a tea tray!”.
Ok, thanks. Keep your teas for yourself.

The owner was very unfriendly, it was raining at 5pm, the owner saw us looking through the door, she came and locked while saying “it’s closed”…

It’s a pitty, because I would spent a lot of money there…

The actual atmosphere would be quite nice and also the offering of tea is “Okay” – but that’s it in the end. The woman who is in charge of this place doesn’t like her customers and does not make a secret out of the fact that she wants to be left alone. Sometimes it can happen that she finds a way to be at least a bit friendly if she notices that you know about tea. But new customers = there is the door! You really do not feel welcomed. Normally if you love tea you also share the tea spirit and I find it kind of sad that someone who pretend to love tea and tea culture isn’t showing any effort sharing this love for such a wonderful passion with others!

Another thing is that she only got her teas and those are more or less the same since I know this place but she does not want to improve. For me and most of the real tea lovers = Tea is a never ending journey. You always learn something new and be curious all the time because you love it so much. But as I talked with her she does not share this opinion. For her it Okay like it is. I find it kind of sad to own such a great place with so much potential but ruin it with the attitude towards tea and those who loves it or are at the beginning to fell in love with it.
