This tea is fantastic iced! It’s limey, creamy, sweet and a little tangy, just like a the gelato it’s named for. I’m glad I gambled and got 100g on my first order. Nonetheless, you do have to use a full 2tsp (or more) per cup so it seems to be going fast.
I thought I liked tea, so I sought out good tea. Now I know I like (good) tea in all shapes, colors and sizes.
I nearly always drink it straight, no chaser unless I’m pretending to be The Queen.
I’ll also play around with brew times, temps and blending as it amuses me. But, as I am scientifically-minded, I remember what crazy combinations I like and will return to them often.
