Very nice green tea with a pleasant aroma and a full flavor profile. I really enjoyed the chestnut and green tea flavors which reminded me of Dragonwell teas I’ve had in the past. There was a nice buttery, nutty flavor on the first steep and it mellowed out slightly on successive steeps into a pleasant and lighter cup.

One of the first oolongs I’ve had in a while after starting to drink more Pu Erh and green teas. I thought this tea was nice but it became stronger than I expected almost like an english breakfast tea. It had a nice aroma and smooth taste.

I really liked the flavors and aroma of this tea after having tried artificially flavored teas I found this to be a refreshing change with a nice balanced sweetness and good flavors. Very aromatic and reminiscent of childhood summertime beverages. Great to share with a friend!

drank White Peony by Steepster

Really pleasant White Peony with a good ratio of leaves to buds (silver needles) which reminds me of high quality White Peony I’ve had in the past. After a first quick brew as recommended it was very light, subtle and a hint of lemon with nutty tones emerged and slowly evolved with more steeps into a more earthy green flavor.

Flavors: Earth, Green, Lemon, Nutty

Really nice cup of earl grey with solid bergamot notes and a warm savory finish. After telling one of my coworkers about it he mentioned his habit of brewing it with a rooibos tea … something I’ll have to try next!

drank Organic Matcha by DoMatcha

This is the first ceremonial grade matcha I’ve had and I bought a larger tin of it (2.8 oz) which lasted quite a while. I will say that upon opening a larger bag the tea powder will get a bit dusty in the air and the bag itself has multiple servings that adhere to the inside of the bag it would seem. The flavor is bright and floral at first but as with a larger batch oxidation will occur over time with frequent openings.
