drank Dosha Chai Rooibos by Teavana
1 tasting notes

Although not a fan of this company – I’m a huge fan of this tea. First of all the tea smells AWESOME. Almost like a provence mixed with chai. For me – it has the right amount of sweet cinnamon and spice. I add 1/2 tsp more than the recommended amount. It has a permanent place in my tea cupboard – or what my husband calls my tea lounge.

Flavors: Cinnamon, Cloves, Fruit Tree Flowers, Peppercorn

Preparation
Boiling 2 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

My adventure into tea started when my writing partner and I ventured into a David’s, and walked out with an obnoxious amount of tea. To our surprise, we did it again the following month. It’s the perfect companion to our creative process. We now have teas that go with each script, and often name a tea for the main characters.
I’m all over the map when it comes to tea. To my surprise I like flavored teas – when I can find one that doesn’t assault me with an artificial taste. My favorites are Rooibus, and herbals – only to keep my caffeine levels low – there’s nothing quite like a jittery wound up writer that can’t keep a thought in her head. But I do reach for a green tea – or black – at least once a day. I’m on the search for the perfect Earl Grey Creme.
