Just bought a small bag of this tea today to try it. I loved the smell so much in the store, kind of reminiscent of Read My Lips at DT. BUT! It tastes nothing like Read My Lips. I was hesitant that the cinnamon flavour would be like cinnamon heart tea by DT. I wanted to love that one but it just did not do it for me at all.

THIS tea however, is awesome. I ended up steeping it for longer than recommended, but it didn’t end up tasting bitter or gross at all. It has a nice light taste, with mint and vanilla flavours. I don’t find the cinnamon strong and it blends really nicely with the vanilla.

I’m very curious about this one, as a mint lover. Is there much licorice taste in there? I should really just man up and get a sample of it already..

Mmmmmmm delicious!!! I re-visited this tea after a long break (not sure why it was so long). I am not usually a huge fan of rooibos teas because of their very distinct flavour, but the maple flavour is just too good to pass up. Also – the aroma is amazing. It makes the whole room smell delicious and maple-y and as a co-worker said to me, like someone baked in the room I was sipping my tea in. :)

I am currently trying to stay off donuts and other pastries and this tea tastes just like a tim horton’s maple donut to me. So no calories and all the flavour – perfect!! Yay tea!

Oh wow. I just got a cup of this to go after I stocked up at DT this morning. I really like Earl Grey teas, but they are sometimes a bit heavy. This variation using green tea is excellent! I’m definitely going back for a tin of this stuff! It’ll definitely be a smoother alternative to some of my fruity green teas.

drank Long Life Oolong by DAVIDsTEA

This peach-scented oolong is probably my favourite DT out there. Whenever I brew it at work my colleagues always comment on the strong peach scent (in a good way). I really like oolong teas and even though this one has a ton of fruit in it, I don’t find that it takes away from the oolong flavour. The second infusion is MUCH much better than the first, so don’t forget to steep it twice.

I love love love this tea. I’m really sad that DT will be discontinuing this tea, so I’ve stocked up, and will continue to until they run out.

The ginger-y flavour is great in the morning, and I often find myself making a hot cup for the morning commute. The peach and apricot play down the ginger flavour, making it a bit sweeter and milder (I don’t like a really strong ginger flavour).

I really hope that DT can bring it back at some point. I’d hate to see it go! :(

drank Goji Pop by DAVIDsTEA

Summer, summer, summer!!! This fruity tea is fantastic. JUST FANTASTIC. It will definitely be gracing my iced tea mug all summer. I think brewing it longer is better. Too short and it turns out kind of weak and is like fruity water. Really, anything with goji berries is bound to be good! :) I recommend brewing hot, then cooling it down for a nice afternoon pick-me-up.

This tea is fresh and fruity. The fig flavour plays nicely with the oolong tea and leaves you craving more every time you drink it!
