This tea is soothing with a bit of a pinch. It has a sharp Ginger taste that combines nicely with the lemon grass aspect. I made this tea at just under boiling and steeped for 15 minutes. I would suggest steeping for flavor, adjusting the time for the strength.

This is a lovely evening time tea, the combination of chamomile and herbs helps me fall asleep and I find it best with one lump of sugar and some cream.

This tea has a lovely strong smokey flavour and scent! It is a black tea that is perfect for the evenings, or any other time! It can be prepared with or without milk and sugar.

This tea has a robust, yet not overpowering flavor. I enjoy this blend best with one or two lumps of sugar and a bit of milk. It is best brewed loose, slightly under or at boiling (as are most black teas).
